Totes Nast

Well, here's something that should probably never be posted on the world wide web.

I was just doing a sinus rinse. For those of you who don't know what that is, I'll educate you.
A sinus rinse is what us sickly people use to "flush out" our sinuses when they get super oober congested. Honestly, I don't think it makes that much of a difference. But my dad kept sending them to me in the mail, so I use it when I'm feeling extra sickie.

Here's how it goes:

And the glorious Step 3.
You squeeze the bottle so that the water shoots up one nostril, goes through your sinuses, and then comes out of the other nostril with all the gunk.
Except this lady looks great doing this. Normal people, not so much.

Ok, so back to my little anecdote. I was just in the bathroom doing my thing, flushing out my sinuses. I started the rinse and I guess there was nowhere for the water to go or something..... because it started squirting out of my eye.

The End.

Life is Nasty.

oh my dear, I am sorry you are soo sick. This works better than that, trust me.
this or any other nasal irrigator. Warm water + salt and then....yeah. 'Waterpik' makes one too. It is pressureized....whatever that means. You can do it at different....um...levels so that it is more gentle and effective....or so that it doesn't come out your eye. I hate doing it, but the rest of my family (if they swore) would swear by it. Sorry for more grossness, but this is important. I'm sad that you're sick :(
