39 and counting

I didn't realize how action-packed last night was until just now when talking to Cammie about something that happened but a few hours ago, and she stared at me in unbelief and said "that wasn't yesterday, boo".  But it was.  It all happened.

So, for the sake of simply trying to organize last nights events, 

I will blog about it.

18. Finished watching Unknown at J's house.

19. Jumped on K's bumper and bounced her car.

20. Walked back to campus.

21. M and E drove by and picked us up.

22. Went to Turtle Bay to hot tub.

23. Got kicked out of Turtle Bay's hot tub.

24. M and E got Taco Bell while me and C tried to open their trunk and hide.  

25. We accidentally set off the car alarm in the process. 

26. Came back home and showered.  

27. Played Settlers of Catan with M, C, and E.

28. Tied with C for the win!

29. Went to the theater and saw Twilight.  D joined us.

   (I'll get back to that later......)

30. Honked the car horn and cheered with the rest of Laie for the BIG RED   football WIN (at 11:45pm)! 

31. Went to Foodland.

32. Watched Super 8 at E's house.

33. C had a craving for toast.  I agreed.

34. Went to the Gas Station to buy bread... came away with Ramen & Apple Juice.

35. Made toast at D's house.

36. Killed a giant Cockroach.

37. Star-gazed in the bed of D's truck with D and C.

38. Saw countless shooting stars. Except for C who actually counted; she saw 6.

39. Back home.  And in bed.

And that was all after the sun went down!!! 

Cammie just said, "Well, that is the best time to Star-gaze."

Let's make sure not to forget about the events from when the sun was up!

  

1. First I woke up at 8:00.  

2. Then 9:00.  

3. Then 10:50.  

4. Then 11:00.  When I woke up I knew that I was late for whatever it was that I was doing, so I ran and jumped in the shower.  

5. Three minutes into the shower I realized what I was doing... going to the beach.  Don't need to shower for that.  I quickly got out of the shower and put my swimsuit on.  

6. Went to Hukilou Beach with C and J.  

7. Kayaked out to the big waves far beyond the buoy. 

8. Caught ONE wave and then realized how dead we would be if anything bad happened.  In one unfortunate moment of chaos Cammie dove from the Kayak.  She said she "instantly regretted that decision", but she got back in and we paddled in to shore.  

9. We played in the water, doing synchronized swimming and flips and tumbles and cartwheels (Yes, cartwheels in the water).  

10. J showed off some master swimming skills. 

11. C balanced on the blow-up kayak seat.

12. We all tried to surf on top of the capsized kayak, but that didn't really work out. 

13. J and I did attempted some awesome cheerleader stunts.  

14. It started raining, and the clouds were what C would call "formidable" so we packed up and headed to J's house.  

15. Went to Foodland for some groceries.

16. Back to J's where we watched Unknown.

17. Ate dark chocolate and peppermint Hershey kisses.

and we're back at the beginning!  

I think yesterday by itself made up for the anti-social semester I've been having.  

I'm pooped.  Sunday nap day -- bring it on!  I'll be waiting for you with my pj's and blanket.

As for now, I will embrace a day of work and cleaning.
